Key responsibilities / You will get to:

Work with client teams, bearing responsibility for specific tasks, the quality of your deliverables and ensuring project milestones are reached
Assist the team in analyzing customer needs, and developing creative concepts and concrete measures for implementation
Contribute to business development and client pitches under the guidance of an Engagement Manager
Contribute to internal projects within Allianz Consulting, including internal knowledge sharing and team events

Key requirements / What we hope you bring: 

University degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 1 year of experience in management consulting
Fluent in written and spoken German and English
Solid understanding of financial services, including key industry trends, regulatory challenges, and competitive dynamics is a plus
Your willingness and ability to perform on a wide range of projects with an analytical and solution-oriented mindset
Demonstrate expert knowledge of AI frameworks, leverage AI tools in everyday tasks, and consult clients on AI adoption for successful business transformation
