DATA ANALYST - COMMERCIAL STRATEGIC TRANSFORMATION

Job description

Join the dynamic Commercial Strategic Transformation team supporting the Mid Corporate department on data management, process automation and on providing the instruments to monitor and improve performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Data collection and processing to support portfolio management
• Automation of data extraction, analysis and reporting
• Portfolio monitoring based on main KPIs and reporting to the management
• Identify solutions for streamlining operations and reduce manual workload
• Define technical requirements for IT implementation regarding database structure and underwriting tools improvement
• Interact with other corporate functions on business needs

KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

• Master’s degree in Mathematics, Finance, Statistics or equivalent
• Experience (3-4 years) in Insurance/Consulting Firm with focus on Data Analytics
• Good knowledge of Power BI and SQL or SAS
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong analytics, problem-solving and communication skills
• Team spirit, self-motivation, and a proactive result-driven working style
• Ability to interact with different stakeholders in a global work environment
• Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)
