Job description

Allianz Partners is seeking a Digital Product Manager to lead the performance and evolution of our B2C ecommerce website, AllianzTravelInsurance.com. In this role you'll be responsible for driving the digital product strategy, roadmap, and execution to deliver a best-in-class customer experience, increase online conversion, and support revenue growth.

Location:  Richmond, VA – Hybrid – 2 In-office days per week

Qualified candidates within commuting distance of Richmond, VA will receive first consideration.

 

What you will do:

 

  • Execute website strategy to enhance customer experience and meet revenue goals
  • Manage the digital product roadmap with a focus on innovative, intuitive customer solutions
  • Lead cross-functional Agile product teams and communicate backlog priorities to ensure delivery
  • Maintain product backlog, write user stories, and define sprint acceptance criteria
  • Drive product discovery and ideation to identify and prioritize opportunities
  • Define long-term website vision and use A/B/n testing to improve UX and performance
  • Use analytics tools to understand customer behavior and enhance site experience
  • Resolve site issues and remove development roadblocks to maintain progress
  • Serve as the voice of the customer through research, personas, and use case development
  • Build expertise in travel insurance and how tech enhances the customer journey
  • Monitor competitor sites and industry trends to apply best practices
  • Present updates and performance insights to senior stakeholders

 

 

What you will bring:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree or combination of education, training and revelent experience.
  • 3–5 years of experience in ecommerce digital product management, working with cross-functional teams (IT, UX, design, QA)
  • Strong technical understanding of ecommerce platforms, web design, web analytics, UX, and content development
  • Experience in Agile environments required
  • Technical background (e.g., software development) a plus
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with demonstrated proficiency in English.
  • Ability to influence without direct authority.

Travel Requirements: Position is expected to travel < 10% of the time.
