Job role

The Business Development Lead for Operations Engineering and Transformation drives strategic growth and innovation across key operational domains—Business Acceptance Testing, Business Analysis and Functional Design, PMO, and Identity and Access Management. This role ensures alignment with business objectives, enhances efficiency, and leads transformation initiatives within the insurance sector

 

What you will do

  • Develop and execute strategic plans across core operational areas to support business transformation.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in project delivery, ensuring quality, timeliness, and innovation.
  • Engage stakeholders across internal and external networks to align on goals and outcomes.
  • Optimize processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs using data-driven insights.
  • Oversee risk management and ensure compliance with insurance regulations, especially in the GCC region.
  • Monitor performance through KPIs and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
  • Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and methodologies for transformation.
  • Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes

 

What you bring

  • The ideal candidate should have a strong background in operations engineering, business transformation, and project leadership within the insurance domain.
  • Experience in stakeholder management, process optimization, and regulatory compliance is essential.
  • Familiarity with GCC insurance market dynamics and a visionary mindset for driving innovation are highly valued
