What you do:

- Establishes a customer-centric environment and builds successful customer relationships
- Demonstrates responsiveness by proactively gathering input and feedback from customers
- Drives continuous process improvements to deliver and maintain a high-quality end-to-end customer service experience and achieve overall customer satisfaction targets
- Stay aligned to industry and distributor trends and drive change to ensure AZ Life is proactively positioned among peer group
- Own key performance indicators (KPIs) – examples include financial customer, speed and accuracy – and ensures benchmarks, service standards and quality standards are in place and consistent with the strategic goals of the company
- Deliver strategic enterprise-wide initiatives while maintaining service standards and quality standards
- Monitors project, process and/or department performance
- Establishes strong and successful working relationship with peers, key business partners, and vendors to deliver a high-quality end-to-end customer experience aligned with the service strategy and company-wide priorities
- Builds the skills and develops the people needed to support the service delivery strategy at all levels of the organization
- This includes a holistic people and employee engagement strategy to attract and retain talent, and leverage of a comprehensive workforce planning model to deliver results and efficiencies
- Build a data-driven culture, leveraging advanced analytics and AI agents to generate actionable insights for strategic decision-making
- People Leadership: Manage a team of highly skilled individuals within the 5 functions. Managing performance, development, coaching and driving the team to success
- Utilization of artificial intelligence tools and resources (e.g. generative AI)
- Drive the adoption of emerging technologies (AI, cloud, data analytics) to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency, ensuring that both the big picture and critical details are addressed throughout implementation
- You must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring immigration sponsorship now or in the future. This includes holders of H-1B, H4, L-1, L-2, TN, OPT, CPT, and other nonimmigrant visas
What you bring:
- 11+ years of experience required in Financial services, Insurance or related field; Senior level leadership experience influencing C-level executives
- Four-year degree required or equivalent work experience in Finance, Business or related fiel
