As the Regional Rewards and Performance Expert CE, you will partner with the Regional Head of Rewards and Performance to design and implement rewards and performance strategies across 11 Central European countries. You will play a key role in driving excellence in compensation, performance management, salary benchmarking as well as Strategic Workforce Planning. You will get a chance to be involved in the planning process in the region (Strategic and Planning Dialogue) as well as projects such as implementation of EU Pay Transparency Directive in CE countries.
In your role you will work closely with various stakeholders including OE and Group People and Culture colleagues and senior stakeholders from across the CE region.
This role is a unique development opportunity for passionate HR professional, who would like to take the next step in their career with focus on Rewards and Performance. While working closely with Regional Head of R&P, the ideal candidate would use the opportunity to gradually take ownership of selected topics and take on more independent role within the team.
What you do:
- Supporting process of Performance and Compensation Management for Executive population in the region in close collaboration with Regional Head of Reward and Performance. Ensure high data quality and timely inputs from all stakeholders involved in the process in line with respective Allianz policies and processes
- Participating in the topics of grading and data benchmarking for CE Executive population
- Strategic and Planning Dialogue for People and Culture: Ensure good quality of OE input and analysis for preparation of People and Culture delivery for the planning process.
- Support in further developing Strategic Workforce Planning across the region, in close collaboration with the OEs, in order to define and implement appropriate measures especially with regards to critical talent segments.
- Support project of implementation of EU Pay Transparency Directive in CE region in order to ensure consistency in meeting the requirements in all CE OEs
- Explore new tools and practices to enhance efficiency in the Rewards & Performance function (e.g. GenAI, automation) and participate in / lead ad hoc projects, perform independent analysis and prepare findings for senior management.
What you bring:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 3 years of proven work experience, preferably working in Human Resources (especially in Rewards and Performance or HR Controlling), Finance or Sales
- Knowledge of Allianz Group and Allianz processes in areas of Rewards and Performance
- Proactive attitude, readiness to take ownership and drive topics forward
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in diverse environment, open to embrace different views and opinions and to collaborate across countries and functions
- Strong business acumen, affinity to working with numbers and data
- Analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems and make informed decisions
- Basic familiarity with available available AI tools such as ChatGPT
- Fluent spoken and written English

Annual gross salary: 60,000 EUR (full-time basis). Overpay is possible in case of and depending on appropriate experience, qualifications and commitment.
