HGV Technician - Edinburgh

 

Earning Potential £55-60k per annum 

£1000 signing bonus offered - direct applicants only!

 

Shift Pattern Rotational Early Week | Late Week | 39 hour Basic Working Week with Overtime Opportunites 

 

Days: Monday - Thursday 0600 -1430 | Friday 0600 - 1330

Backshift: Monday - Thursday 1400-2230 | Friday 1300-2030

Do you hold a Level 3 NVQ or equivalent in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance and have previous experience working on HGV’s or have you completed an apprenticeship in the HGV industry?

Skills/Qualifications

·  City and Guilds, an NVQ3 or equivalent qualification is required
·  You’ll also have completed an apprenticeship in the HGV industry, or have equivalent experience, along with relevant experience in the commercial vehicle industry.
·  A basic knowledge of computer software packages including Word, Excel and Outlook is preferred, as is a general level of computer literacy.
·  we’d expect you to have a basic working knowledge of vehicle technology.
