What you will do

As a Technical Trainer , you will play a key role in advancing Renault Trucks Türkiye, by:

· 
Developing technical competence within the dealer network to align with Renault Trucks' standards by designing annual training programs and gap trainings.

· 
Enhancing training content and processes to keep the network informed about new technologies.

· 
Managing technical training operations , including invitations, accommodations, invoicing, certifications, and administrative tasks.

· 
Supporting commercial training initiatives and contributing to related reporting activities.

· 
Administering the Training School , ensuring necessary equipment, invoices, and facilities are maintained.

· 
Participating in global Train the Trainer activities to stay updated and ensure market relevancy.

· 
Serving as the key user for the Learning Management System.

Who are you?

· 
Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Automotive Teaching

· 
Experience in the heavy vehicle or automotive industry , with strong technical knowledge

· 
Prior experience in competence development or training department

· 
Proficiency in English both written and spoken

· 
Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills

· 
Advanced knowledge of MS Office 365 applications, PowerBI is a plus

· 
Ability to travel as required
