·  Ability to establish effective working relationships with customer and Solvay personnel across functional organizations and facilities.
·  Good listening and professional communication skills (verbal, written, presentation).
·  Must be a self-starter and be able to work with minimal supervision.
·  Must have a strong sense of urgency and drive (action oriented).
·  Good organizational skills to manage multiple projects, customers, and commitments.
·  Ability to work within multi-functional teams in support of various initiatives.
·  Must have a background in adhesives or composites use and manufacture.
