1/ SBS on site support
Within the “SBS Assistance” project (which integrates also VIP IS and Site IS Assistances), the main purpose of this position is to be a SBS facilitator for users and Solvay employees in key sites as NOH. The main missions are:
· Regularly go to meet SBS users, Solvay employees, with a special care for the assistants and high priority for assistants of GBU and functions general managers.
· Implement strong link with local Facilities, local HR (making sure to be informed of any new comer/position) and local IS, and be the link with the service center and the local/regional SBS offices
· Support directly or indirectly the users until their issues are solved
· Help to find a temporary solution if needed (via his/her network)
· Capture recurrent users perceptions and convey it to the SBS organisation
· Be a key actor in projects deployment (will also help to remain up-to-date in SBS knowledge)
· Train the newcomers on basic SBS processes and tools, in close link with ISSM (Infrastructure Service Site Manager), and train when necessary the rest of our current SBS users with a special focus on the assistants
· Organise and facilitate users days
2/ SBS Communication support
In close coordination with SBS Communication manager, perform various communication tasks for SBS
· After customers feedbacks collection, provide communication and marketing inputs and ideas to improve actions towards SBS stakeholders
· Support the development and implementation of communication deliverables in line with SBS communication strategy (print support, video, webcast, etc.)
· Support for the intranet update and newsletters coordination (articles copywriting, review)
· Take part to event organised by stakeholders where SBS has a booth and is represented (ex. Finance Family Forum)
Desired profile
· Master in Communication, Public Relations or similar
· Communication profile, focus on customer experience and on solution, not on processes/problems
· Service oriented, interpersonal skills, pedagogue, problem-solving oriented, rigorous
· Able to manage conflict
· Knowledge in fundamentals of SBS services and processes, on related most recurrent questions/issues and on related support tools
· Languages: French & English
