Provisioning Junior Representative (French speaker)

Job Overview and Responsibilities:

·  Creation of Purchase Orders in SAP 
·  Follow up of these Purchase orders mostly for delivery dates and prices in case of non-perfect matching, by applying the agreed tolerance rules/procedures
·  Follow up on material/services delivery on time 
·  Manage customer requests via ticket or phone
·  Prioritize urgent requests 
·  Maintain close relationship with our customers
·  Actively contribute in continuous improvement methodology, taking direct ownership of proposed initiatives   

Education and Experience:

·  University Degree
·  Experience in similar activities in dealing with customers / volumes could be considered as a plus

·  Fluent in English and French
·  Strong customer orientation
·  Excellent written and verbal communication skills
·  Detail oriented and ability to work under pressure when urgent issues arise
·  Practical person with troubleshooting capabilities

Additional Information

This is a temporary contract for 6 months
