We are looking for:

Our Green River, WY. site is in search of a Surface Production Shift Coordinator.

We count on you for:

·  Assist in the supervision, coaching, training and evaluating a crew of 18-24 operators, in the safe execution of the Surface Production Department operational activities on a rotating 12 hour shift basis.
·  Work together with the Surface Production Shift Foreman as a team to carry out the duties for successful production operations.
·  Participate in the activities of all the sections of the production facilities to assure a safe, smooth and balanced operation.
·  The Coordinator will be a safety leader in the production facilities to assure that safety issues are addressed in a timely manner.
·  Assist in preparing meaningful and productive safety meetings and monitor the processes and take action so that the plant is operating safely and efficiently.
·  Assist process operators in the equipment operation of their assigned areas.
·  Generate accurate work notifications to assist in the planning and organizing of maintenance activities and will maintain high standards of cleanliness in the surface production facilities and outlying areas.
·  Direct and communicate company policies as needed.
·  Implement and support Star Factory and Manufacturing Excellence initiatives and will provide guidance to operators regarding such initiatives.

It gives the candidate's the opportunity to be recognized as the orchestrator of our Soda Ash plant and benefit from a large autonomy to define how we will reach our ambitions with respect to process standardization.

You will bring:

·  High school diploma or equivalent.
·  Three to five years of experience in surface production or operations.
·  Ability to assimilate, evaluate and correlate associated risk/benefit trade-offs and their relative impact on operations performance.
·  Strong leadership ability, and ability to translate statistical information in order to effectively adjust/modify operating parameters.

You will get:

·  Competitive salary; salary range of $50.00-$54.00/hourly. Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range. Total compensation for this role also includes bonus and/or other incentives.
