We are looking for:

As a Production Manager , you will enhance on-time delivery and customer satisfaction while ensuring safety first, high quality always with an efficient utilization of processes. You will lead by example, acting as a role model, motivating and inspiring others.

Implement and maintain Safety in Production and work effectively to protect the natural environment and sustainable development

· 
Ensure planning and execution of daily production activities in order to obtain the best results in productivity, lead time, reliability and quality with optimum costs

· 
Develop internal strategies in order to achieve the required targets (KPI) and initiate and perform projects/actions for continuous improvement and cost savings

· 
Ensure the continuous development of strong and effective functional teams and lead by example, acting as a role model, and motivating and inspiring other team members.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with the Management Team and analyze financial data, KPIs, and business drivers to provide a timely and insightful understanding of the results and trends.

You will bring:

· 
Degree in Engineering / Chemistry (preferred engineering specialization: chemical process technology)

· 
5+ years of manufacturing experience, 3+ years of demonstrable experience with operational and manufacturing management in a leading position

· 
Excellent leadership, communication skills and strategic thinking, solid people leadership experience are required to motivate, teach, coach a high-performing team

· 
Proven ability to promote transparency and effective reporting methods for audiences ranging from the shop floor to the executive level

· 
Ability to balance the need to achieve and maintain appropriate alignment with corporate and global operating frameworks and goals with responsibility for local business requirements

· 
Self-reliant work and Analytical skills

· 
Relationship Management / Customer Orientation

· 
Good problem-solving ability and target orientation

· 
Polish - fluent. English - very good command (including technical language)

· 
Driver license cat. B
