We are looking for:
· Someone who has passion with chemistry , knows well about chemical process management, and willing to take on new challenges in the work.
We count on you for:
· Define and manage industrial projects
· Cooperate with design team, commercial team to determine the technical feasibility and the economic value of a project or study
· Manage assigned projects or subprojects under supervision of the manager, take corrective actions when necessary
· Define and supervise project and studies conducted by others
· Develop and implement process improvement programs
· Follow up scientific and technological developments and market evolutions within the own domain
· Evaluate and benchmark the competitiveness of the expertise of Solvay within the own domain
· Continuously research innovative approach and solutions, and develop proposals for process improving
· Support manufacturing excellence program
· Contribute to the development of product and technology research programs
· Execute on demand of his/her manager specific studies about plant performance, production capacity utilization, and the effectiveness of process improvement projects
· Contribute to the development of proposals and projects
· Coordinate and follow up plant process improvement projects
· Implement new products in the industrial process
· Test the production of new products in a pilot plant or (directly) in the industrial plant
· Perform test-production in an industrial plant in order to evaluate the quality of the product, the capacity, the cost, the impact on the performance of the plant.
· Analyze and define the modifications to the production process needed to produce the new product.
· Support compliance with HSE regulations, quality standards and company policies
· Ensure that the own activities and initiatives respect the HSE rules, regulations and policies.
· Support the manager regarding the compliance with HSE rules, regulations and policies.
· Provide process technology information and advice to the organization
· Assist the manager in his support activities towards the business and to product development department.
· Compile all kinds of documents and data including technical technology and process information and prepare process book and reports, under supervision of the manager.

You will bring:
· College or above, chemistry or chemical engineering.
· 3 years or above chemical plant process or production experience is preferred, Hydrogen peroxide plant working experience is preferred, international entities working experience is preferred.Excellent fresh graduates are also welcome.
· English, write and read, basic oral communication.
· Good HSE and Quality awareness.
· Collaboration with the team.
· Good communication.
· Know well about OEE.
· Know well about hazard chemical process control and production control.
· Familiar with PHA (JSA, Hazop, etc.)
· Project experience is preferred
