Job Overview and Responsibilities:

Accountable to the Gases Supervisor for the safe and continuous operation of the New Fumigation building which includes Ecofume, Vaporphos and Cytop 1 production. 
Directly involved with the production analysis and qualification, maintenance, coordination, customer relations, order processing and organization of the processes consistent with Solvay’s safety, environmental and quality objectives
Co-ordination of various products with customer demand and cylinder availability.
Involved with Logistics, Production, Maintenance, and Customer Service to ensure co-ordination of various tasks are done
Involved in all shutdown/start up planning for New Fumigation area
Coordinates all daily maintenance and shutdown maintenance activities
Actively involved in the commissioning of all new equipment
Uses Trackabout to capture daily production and inventory levels.
Preparing and authorizing work permits. 
Performs LOTO as needed for breakdowns and maintenance.

Education and Experience:

2-5 years of experience in a chemical and/or manufacturing environment
Post secondary education preferred

Skills:

Excellent communication skills and detail oriented.
Ability to manage multiple priorities.
