Job Overview and Responsibilities:
Support HSE Manager to meet Plant Objectives in Process and Occupational Safety. The main activities are:
Complete tasks to support day to day HSE activities in all the plant areas.
Adhere to the rules and regulations of the Alorton site to support our safety culture and help achieve site goals
Conduct “Job Safety Analysis” for activities not covered by Standard Procedures.
Responsible for the “Process valves Identification Project”.
Responsible for the “Process Tanks Identification Project” according to Haz Com and GHS regulations.
Education and Experience:
Preferable chemical engineering or Chemistry major.
Currently enrolled in an engineering program with a minimum of a 3.0 GPA, sophomore year or beyond.
Basic Computer Skills (Microsoft Office, Google Apps)
Willing and quick to learn, takes initiative to offer suggestions and solve problems.
Responsible and able to follow directions
Displays an interest in the various aspects of a chemical manufacturing.
