Job Overview and Responsibilities:
•Acquire Solvay’s marketing skills, tools and methodologies by supporting all aspects of the marketing processes
•Develop an in-depth understanding of Solvay’s market segmentation, value chain, and competitive landscape
•Experience customers relationship building
•Execute critical market insights initiatives and in-depth marketing analysis to help shape business decisions and strategic choices for Solvay’s growth
•Support the implementation and the deployment of Solvay marketing excellence in the Global Business Unit to accelerate growth delivery in the Global Units
•Contribute to new business development or sales related activities
Education and Experience:
•Graduates (M.A., MBA) from a leading business or engineering school
• Highly-motivated team player with a “can-do” attitude , who shows initiative, flexibility, professionalism .
•Your analytical skills, precision, senses of synthesis and decision making are part of your strengths
•The knowledge of strategic analysis and marketing tools is a plus
•Excellent interpersonal skills as well as strong motivation and commitment
•Working language is English, but knowledge of other foreign languages is highly appreciated.
•Three assignments (12 months each) at different locations in Europe and within different businesses
•Intensive training program to develop marketing and sales capabilities
•At the completion of the program, key responsibilities in marketing roles – for MBA graduates, fast track career towards management positions
