We are looking for:

·  A dynamic and talented Change Agent for Digitalisation and Reliability to join our team at Rheinberg site. As a Change Engineer, you will have the opportunity to drive digital transformation initiatives within our organisation, aimed at enhancing operational excellence with a strong focus on reliability improvement .
·  This is an ideal position for a motivated engineer with a background in production or maintenance, who is passionate about leveraging digital technologies to optimise processes and drive continuous improvement. ·  Supporting the development and execution of our digital transformation strategy as part of excellence programs in close collaboration with all levels of our organisation
·  Creating a smooth transition process and facilitate the adoption of digital solutions for maximum benefits in close cooperation with our employees
·  Identifying opportunities for improvement of your current processes through the implementation of digital tools and technologies and aiming at streamlining workflows, increasing reliability, reducing costs and enhancing operational efficiency
·  Assist in leveraging data analytics tools to analyse relevant datasets, identify trends, and generate insights to drive continuous improvement in excellence programs and reliability
·  Collaborating with cross-functional teams in the planning, execution, and monitoring of manufacturing excellence programs and supporting the project management efforts to ensure timely delivery within budget and quality standards
·  Fostering effective communication and collaboration sitewide with all different internal teams for ensuring alignment of digital initiatives of all contributors
·  Supporting our continuous improvement with your problem solving mindset by evaluating new tools and technologies, providing recommendations on their potential application within the organisation
·  Monitoring the performance measuring (KPIs), the effectiveness and impact of excellence initiatives including reporting and presenting our progress to stakeholders

You will bring:

·  Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations) or equivalent practical experience
·  Background in production or maintenance within a relevant industry is desirable.
·  Basic understanding of digital technologies and their applications in production or maintenance processes (e.g. automation, IoT, predictive maintenance, digital quality control).
·  Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
·  Analytical mindset, with an eagerness to learn and apply data analysis techniques to drive insights and improvements
·  Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at the plant site.
·  Adaptable and open to working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
·  Demonstrated ability to work well in teams and contribute effectively to achieve shared goals.
·  Passion for continuous improvement and embracing new technologies.
·  Fluent language skills in German + English
