Novecare develops and produces formulations that alter the properties of liquids. Job Overview and Responsibilities

·  Attend to customer enquiries – pricing, product information, availability, leadtime etc, sampling requests, shipping information
·  Create/maintain customer master and update credit profile in order processing systems to ensure updated and correct information are maintained
·  Process and manage customers’ sales orders. Keep customers informed and updated on order status promptly
·  For indent sales, process purchase orders to supplierplants. Provide shipping instructions to plant orwarder. Follow up on the ex-plant dates, shipping schedule
·  For ex-stock, check on stock availability, make request for stock to be brought in.  Liaise with warehouse to pick stock, packing dimension and make vessel booking with forwardercarrier.
·  Follow up with forwarder for B/L and ensure complete shipping documents (invoice, packing list, cert of origin, COA, B/L etc) are deliver to customers timely for their clearance.
·  Review to ensure conditions on customers’ Letter of credit can be met and that all our shipping documents are able to comply to the terms stipulated.
·  Keep customers informed of the invoices that will be due and follow-up for payments. Continuous follow up on overdues.
·  Make stock reservation based on customer forecast or make arrangement to bring in the stock to fulfil customer requirements
·  Attend to customers complaints. Follow up to provide solutions reply to customers
·  Backup in the absence of other CA, 
·  Ensure all  order correspondence, sample requests, complaints records etc. are properly filed
·  Stock take at warehouse when need arise
·  A/R Collections

Education and Experience

·  Bachelor degree 
·  2 year customer services experience

Skills

·  Shipping knowledge (L/C , export documentation, International trade)
·  SAP, BW
