We are looking for:

The Customer Account Representative I is the primary contact for internal and external customers and is responsible for providing exceptional service and the attention required to obtain optimal customer loyalty.

We count on you for:

·  Responsible to enter and aid in the resolution of customer complaints and effective communication internally and externally.
·  Manage the customer order to delivery process ensuring order accuracy, including returns, debits and credits, and confirmation of on-time delivery.
·  Maintain and send customer reports as needed.
·  Submit master data changes.
·  Perform monthly reconciliation of business (month-end close activities).
·  Interface with businesses and Back Office to define and support customer requirements and standards and resolve order fulfillment issues.
·  Follow-up / investigate credit hold issues.
·  Professional interface with customers via phone, email and face to face.
·  Work with logistics and terminals to ensure sales orders are posted in a timely manner and assist with inventory reconciliation.
·  Recruit and educate customers on E-Commerce portal.
·  Provide back-up coverage for other CARs as needed.
·  Ability to work scheduled on-call coverage after-hours and on weekends per rotation.
·  Work with Commercial, Logistics and Planning to develop strategies and plans in establishing customer and supplier partnerships to include all areas in the optimization of our supply chains.
·  Miscellaneous projects as assigned.

You will bring:

·  High School Diploma required. Bachelor Degree preferred.
·  Experience using an ERP system required. Experience with SAP’s Sales and Distribution functions is a plus.
·  G Suite knowledge.
·  Demonstrated ability and willingness to multi-task, manage, and work in a dynamic, fluid customer driven, team environment.
·  Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
·  Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
·  Strong analytical and problem-solving aptitude.
·  Work independently with minimal supervision or assistance to perform assigned duties and responsibilities.

You will get:

·  Competitive salary; salary range of $54,000-$65,000/annually. Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range. Total compensation for this role also includes bonus and/or other incentives.
