An exciting opportunity to join our client's team at a global provider of integrated human resources solutions, specializing in recruitment, staffing, outsourcing, and consultancy services. We are looking for a Content Moderator (TikTok) with Foreign Languages to join this organization.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and moderate content according to TikTok policies
• Evaluate content quality and identify inappropriate material
• Understand user intent and classify content accurately
• Provide feedback to improve policies and processes
• Monitor trends and patterns of problematic content
• Report sensitive cases and ensure compliance with safety standards

Requirements

• Good knowledge of Romanian and English
• Knowledge of an additional foreign language is an advantage
• Familiarity with social media, especially TikTok
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Higher education is a plus
• Language level should be around C1
• Ability to analyze and classify content
• Capability to monitor trends and patterns
• Proficiency in providing constructive feedback
• Compliance with safety standards
