An exciting opportunity to join our client's team at a leading provider of HR solutions that connects talented individuals with top employers worldwide, offering industry insights and training. We are looking for a Odoo Consultant to join this organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead fulllifecycleOdooERP implementations requirements gathering, gap analysis, configuration, testing, and deployment
• Work closely with stakeholders to map business processes and design scalable, optimized workflows
• Collaborate with developers by preparing clear functional specifications for custom modules
• Deliver user training sessions and create documentation to ensure strong adoption
• Mentor junior consultants, manage timelines, and act as escalation point for complex challenges

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience implementing Odoo solutions
• Strong expertise in core Odoo modules and the broader ecosystem
• Excellent business analysis skills with the ability to translate operations into efficient ERP setups
• Strong communication and presentation skills, especially in client-facing roles
• Basic understanding of Odoo technical architecture is a plus
• Languages Professional English (French is a plus)
• Nice to have: Odoo Certification (v16, v17, or v18)

Desired profile

More than 3 years of hands-on experience in implementing Odoo solutions, with strong expertise in core Odoo modules and the wider ecosystem. A basic understanding of Odoo's technical architecture is an asset. Languages: Professional English (French is a plus). Additional asset: Odoo certification (v16, v17 or v18).
