An exciting opportunity to join our client's team at a fast-growing digital product engineering company with a global presence in 33 countries and over 19,000 experts and specialists, dedicated to building inspiring and delightful products, services, and experiences. We are looking for a SAP SuccessFactors (PY) consultant with German to join this organization.
Responsibilities
- Analysis of the customer situation, creation of process documents, conceptions, and blueprints.
- System-side realization of customer requirements including customizing, schemas, and cycles in payroll accounting.
- Support in all project phases-conception, design, customizing, prototyping, and roll out of SAP HCM.
- Partial project management in smaller teams on site at customers.
Requirements
- Fluency in German.
- Expertise in SAP PY (Payroll), SAP HCM, and SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Knowledge of business and IT processes and their mapping in the SAP HCM system (PY).
- Experience with collective agreement regulations for remuneration, tax, and social security law.
- Excellent knowledge of SAP-specific schemas, cycles, and characteristics.
- Experience with project management and consulting methods.
- Self-motivation, persuasiveness, and assertiveness.
- Solution and process-oriented thinking skills.
- Strong methodological competence.
- Completed university studies and several years of relevant professional experience.
