Job description

An interesting opportunity to join our client's team, a leading provider of integrated and customized solutions for industrial access systems. We are looking for a Commercial Assistant - Service Maintenance Department to join this organization.

Responsibilities

• Assist the field sales representative in daily processes presenting products to customers, answering their questions, informing them about the services they benefit from
• Monitor maintenance service contracts;
• Ensure order tracking, prepare work estimates, handle invoicing;
• Respond to requests and ensure proper management of customer requirements;
• Organize customer files and update the database (product references, sales statistical reports, etc.)

Requirements

• Knowledge of the Microsoft suite Word, Excel
• Ability to communicate in a professional manner
• Flexibility, adaptability
• Organized, calm person, pleasant presence
