Area Sales Manager

Job description
An interesting opportunity to join our client's team at a top HR solutions provider that connects talented individuals with the best companies around the world, offering industry insights and training for career development. We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join this organization.
Responsibilities
- Identifying and contacting new partners in Bucharest (architecture offices, interior designers, real estate developers, construction companies, and fit-out firms).
- Supporting clients in choosing suitable lighting solutions, both for technical projects (Blaser) and decorative ones (Traccia).
- Participating in industry events, meetings with architects, and site visits to ensure the specification of our products in projects.
- After consolidating the Bucharest area, gradually taking over opportunities in the Eastern region (Constanţa, Iaşi, Braşov).
- Close collaboration with the support team in Timişoara for generating technical and commercial offers.
- Monitoring projects (pipeline management) and negotiating contracts.
- Identifying opportunities for international expansion (Bulgaria, Serbia, Moldova) in the medium/long term.
- Potential to recruit and coordinate a future sales team as the area develops.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B or consultative sales.
- Experience in the fields of construction, architecture, interior design, or lighting is a major advantage.
- Ability to understand technical specifications or the willingness and quick capacity to learn them.
- English language at intermediate/advanced level.
- Category B driving license.
- Professional appearance and attitude, capable of discussing on equal terms with top architects or investors.
- Ability to work independently and organize one's own schedule.
- Proactivity and results-oriented.
- Negotiation skills and closing sales.
- Ability to work remotely without daily direct supervision.

Desired profile
