Technical Analyst / Developer with CPQ

Job description

An exciting opportunity to join our client's team at a leading provider of HR solutions that connects talented individuals with top companies worldwide, offering industry insights and training. We are looking for a Technical Analyst / Developer with CPQ to join this organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support (L2/L3) for CPQ platforms (Oracle CPQ, Salesforce CPQ, SAP CPQ, etc.)
• Work on product configuration, pricing and quoting logic, workflows, and business rules
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to system behavior, integrations, APIs, and data flows
• Support post-implementation activities, including issue analysis and resolution, system optimization, and enhancements
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, clients, and technical teams
• Support integrations between CPQ and other enterprise systems like CRM and ERP platforms
• Contribute to documentation, knowledge base, and continuous improvement

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 or 3+ years of experience in CPQ platforms (Oracle CPQ, Salesforce CPQ, SAP CPQ, Tacton, PROS) or similar configurator/pricing systems
• Experience in technical support (L2/L3) or post-implementation environments
• Experience working with product configurators (not as an end-user)
• Strong understanding of product configuration, pricing, and quoting processes, workflows, and automation
• Experience with APIs (REST / SOAP), debugging, logs, and troubleshooting
• Technical knowledge in JavaScript, C#, Java, or web technologies (HTML, XML, XSLT)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills
• Fluent English
• Nice to have Experience with Oracle CPQ (BigMachines), exposure to CRM integrations, multiple CPQ tools, or background in backend development or cloud environments
