An exciting opportunity to join our client's team at a leading provider of HR solutions that connects talented individuals with top employers globally, offering industry insights and training. We are looking for a Technical Consultant - Heat Pump Expert to join this organization.

Responsibilities

• We are looking for a Sales Representative_Heat pumps, passionate about technology and renewable energy, who will contribute to the development of innovative technical projects and strengthen relationships with our partners.
• Assigned area Timiş, Hunedoara, Arad, Bihor, Sălaj, Cluj, Mureş, Alba, Sibiu.
• Act as an expert for clients, enhancing satisfaction through support and incident management
• Analyze sales channels to define and implement growth plans
• Develop and optimize local sales programs targeting new clients
• Facilitate and coordinate heat pump product launches, including pricing, client targeting, value proposals, and go-to-market plans
• Contribute to achieving business turnover for heat pumps and large-capacity equipment with semi-annual reviews

Requirements

• Graduated from a Technical Faculty (e.g., Faculty of Installations)
• Ability to identify the best sales opportunities
• Anticipate client needs and provide technical support
• Excel in verbal and written communication
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Ability to become a trusted partner in complex situations
