An exciting opportunity to join our client's team at a leading technology company with 20 years of experience, specializing in transforming business challenges into growth across various industries, including Retail, Manufacturing, and Financial Services. We are looking for a Senior GenAI Engineer with German to join this organization.

Responsibilities

• Design, secure, extend, and customize system prompts
• Develop and optimize retrieval pipelines
• Implement advanced context optimization and token efficiency techniques
• Evaluate and monitor LLM performance
• Design and implement AI safety mechanisms
• Develop scalable APIs for AI integration
• Manage serving layers for LLM applications
• Implement observability mechanisms for system performance
• Develop Python prototypes and production-level code
• Contribute to research and knowledge sharing

Requirements

• Must Strong German language skills (B2 level or higher)
• 4+ years of experience with Python and its data science ecosystem
• Proven experience in prompt engineering and LLM behavior analysis
• Extensive hands-on experience with LLM integration frameworks
• Experience designing retrieval pipelines
• Hands-on experience with vector databases
• Strong understanding of embeddings and semantic search
• Experience with context window optimization and memory strategies
• Experience implementing AI safety mechanisms
• Experience building and exposing APIs for AI systems

Desired profile

Skills required: fluency in German (level B2 or higher), more than 4 years of experience with Python and its data science ecosystem, proven experience in prompt engineering and LLM behavior analysis, in-depth hands-on experience with LLM integration frameworks, design of recovery pipelines, hands-on experience with vector databases, good understanding of embeddings and semantic search, optimization of context windows and memory strategies, implementation of security mechanisms for AI, creation and exposure of APIs for AI systems.
