QA Lead

An exciting opportunity to join our client's team at a leading bank in Romania and Southeast Europe, known for its strong market presence and commitment to digital innovation. The bank serves millions of customers through a vast branch network and has a history of strategic acquisitions and brand strength. We are looking for a QA Lead to join this organization.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement QA strategy across multiple products and integrations.
• Coordinate QA team members to ensure high performance and growth.
• Manage timelines, resources, and priorities for QA deliverables.
• Ensure synchronization and integration testing across multiple systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align QA efforts with development and product goals.
• Report quality metrics and progress to senior leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement in QA processes and tools.

Requirements

• Proficiency in automation frameworks and tools such as Playwright and Selenium, with strong expertise in API testing and mobile test automation for iOS and Android platforms using Java.
• Experience in coordinating products with complex integrations.
• Ownership of testing in integration and synchronization with multiple systems.
• Proven experience in leading QA teams and managing complex integration projects.
• Experience driving change in QA practices or delivery models.
• Solid knowledge of QA methodologies, test strategy, and modern software delivery practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to define QA strategy aligned with business goals.
• Experience with resource allocation, budgeting, and timeline management.
