Sales Manager - Composite Raw Materials

Job description

An exciting opportunity to join our client's team at a wholesale chemical and allied products company with a small team of dedicated professionals. We are looking for a Sales Manager - Composite Raw Materials to join this organization.

Responsibilities

• Creating and expanding the client network.
• Maintaining and improving relationships with existing clients.
• Preparing offers and documents.
• Conducting commercial campaigns.
• Developing strategies for market presence.
• Managing cost negotiations and profit improvements.
• Providing specialized consultancy.
• Monitoring competitors.
• Preparing primary technical documentation.
• Managing clients in South Romania, East, and Moldova in the Composites segment.
• Promoting and selling composite raw materials (resins, glass fibers, additives).
• Providing technical guidance for material selection in composite applications.

Requirements

• Knowledge of English.
• 2+ years of experience in Chemistry/Biochemistry, Engineering, or Sales.
• University graduate with a technical profile (Chemical Engineering, Chemistry) or Economics.
• Relevant experience in sales and marketing of Composite Raw Materials:
• Knowledge of epoxy, polyester, vinyl ester, and polyurethane resins.
• Understanding Glass-fiber-reinforced polyester composites Resins, Gel coats, Colored gel coats, Tooling, Glass fiber - Roving/Mats/woven Fabrics, Sandwich materials, Carbon fiber/Aramid, Adhesives, Closed mold.
• Knowledge of hardeners, curing agents, accelerators, and modifiers.
• In-depth knowledge of the market of suppliers and consumers in Romania and Europe for composite materials.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive attitude, organizational spirit, and results oriented.
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility.
• Advanced PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Category B driving license.

Desired profile

In-depth knowledge of the supplier and consumer market in Romania and Europe for composite materials. Excellent communication and relationship building skills. Proactive, organized, and results-oriented. Ability to work independently and assume responsibility. Advanced computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Category B driving licence.
