Construction Site Engineer Civil Works - Fit-out

Job description

An exciting opportunity to join our client's team at a solution provider for complete Fit-Out services with two decades of experience in the construction market, dedicated to delivering bespoke solutions and value-added services for construction and renovation projects. We are looking for a Construction Site Engineer Civil Works - Fit-out to join this organization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction activities and ensure work complies with drawings, specifications, and safety regulations.
• Supervise contractors, subcontractors, and workers to ensure efficient workflow.
• Check technical designs and drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor site progress and provide updates to the project manager.
• Ensure quality control of materials and workmanship at the site.
• Conduct inspections and resolve any technical issues.
• Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Liaise with architects, consultants, project managers, and suppliers.
• Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Prepare site reports, progress updates, and documentation for project records.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Site Engineer or similar role in construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, or similar construction management software.
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
