V.I.E - Business Planning & Project Coordinator - Taiwan

MAIN PURPOSE

 

 

Reporting to the Managing Director of Cartier Taiwan, in the role of V.I.E - Business Planning & Project Coordinator , you will provide support in the yearly Market Action Plan and participate in various project coordination and transversal taskforce and you will assist in business analysis and research to provide strategic insights. The length of this V.I.E assignment is 12 months and ideally starts in  March-April 2025  depending on visa requirements, the position is based in Taipei.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

 

 

·  Project coordination & presentation
·  Assist the Managing Director in the preparation of high-quality presentation materials for transversal projects and meetings;
·  Assist in yearly Market Action Plan preparation and coordinate market deliverables;
·  Coordinate and participate in various company projects or transversal taskforce (e.g. digital transformation and client experience committee);

 

·  Business analysis & research
·  Prepare market intelligence reports, such as market trend, competitor news, etc.;
·  Gather sources of market insights from the macro environment, competition and luxury market;
·  Assist in preparation of marketing analysis, competitor studies and research.

As a Business Planning & Project Coordinator , you will have a great opportunity to be an essential contributor in a dynamic team, working for the success of a first-class Luxury Maison under strong business acceleration and transformation. To be successful on this role, we expect that:

 

·  You are graduated from a Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related disciplines;
·  You already have at least 3 years of professional experiences in Marketing, Project Management and/or Business Analysis ideally within the Luxury Retail sector;
·  You demonstrate excellent written and verbal English language skills along with strong interpersonal and communication skills;
·  You know how to act as a strategic thinker are are able to anticipate future consequences and trends accurately and draw credible pictures and visions;
·  You own strong analytical skills and rigor, and have a deep knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint;
·  You are able to demonstrate open-mindedness and enthusiasm;
·  You are highly collaborative and team-spirited and love to work in an international environment.

Firstly, you will be engaging with an online video interview of 15min for us to assess your understanding of the position and motivations;

· 
Subsequently, you will be meeting with the International Talent Acquisition team to dive deeper and assess your fit to this role;

· 
Finally, you will be able to meet with the local Hiring Team (Local HR and Hiring Manager).
