Want to join the Cartier team to assist in developing Cartier’s business activities and achieve in Sales & Operations activities?

 

Reporting to the S&O Assistant Manager, join us NOW as S&O Trainee for Cartier Thailand!

 

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

Downstream Stock Management

Order and Shipment inquires

·  Liaise with boutiques and partners to achieve sales objectives: firm order taking, stock request
·  Monitor and manage incomplete orders such as boutique’s open/pending orders and wholesale’s backorders
·  Order cancellation in SAP system

Stock situation

·  Monitor stock coverage and missed sale from Internal Btq & External Btq and inform teams
·  Update supply chain news in monthly basis which included incoming novelty product, shortage, and best seller to Partner

Others

·  Responsible for regularly report weekly/monthly/yearly Stock reports: Partner Consignment’s serial number report, strap’s order report , inventory report, RSV – reservation aging etc.
·  Provide supporting documents to key counterparts e.g. tax invoice to Logistics, Stock coverage and ODN – Order delivery number report etc.
·  Support Commercial project – Btq closure/Opening, stock take preparation

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

·  Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management or related field
·  Related work/internship experience in sales and operations, supply chain or related functions in retail industry, luxury field is a plus
·  Strong quantitative analytical skills, excel, Power BI and project management
·  Self-motivated, quick learner, positive attitude, and ability to work in a team environment.
