Marketing Specialist

 

Your Mission

For our Panerai Milan HQ we are looking for a Marketing Specialist. He/she is an important contributor in the development and execution of the global Marketing Strategy.

He/She acts as a bridge between HQ Marketing, Communications, Product, Creative, Digital, CRM and Commercial Department and Markets.

The Marketing Specialist works on creating, developing and executing Marketing campaigns, new product launches and sales enablement, in order to guarantee the brand communication is consistent with the brand identity and the strategic priorities.

 

How will you make an impact 

·  Contribute to the creation of the Global Brand Calendar with a 360 and omnichannel mindset approach
·  Analysis of the product and marketing campaigns, sell in and sell out data, consumer data
·  Marketing Activation Brief to Internal and External Agencies, proactively bringing and exploring new ideas
·  Responsible for contents’ creation with the Creative Department, ensuring assets are impactful and delivered on a timely manner, following retro planning
·  Participate to the Brand Guidelines and corresponding Marketing Plan implementation of the markets
·  Ensure the finalization on-time of the Launch Packages with a Comprehensive 360° approach
·  Assist in the development and implementation of the Company’s Brand Strategy
·  Support in Special Projects Co-ordination
·  Comprehensive Day to day Collaboration with HQ departments to ensure alignment with Brand Identity
·  Coordination between Panerai HQ teams & regions liaison through the 360 activation plan

 

How will you experience success

·  Degree in Business & Marketing
·  Analytic Skills with the usage of different databases and sensitive to numbers
·  Creative, passionate, eager to learn Ability to work with different teams
·  Collaborative and with team spirit and positive attitude
·  Minimum of 2-3 years in the marketing field required, luxury experience will be a plus
·  Excellent in Time Management and respecting Deadlines
·  Attention to Detail is Key, Strong Interpersonal Skills
·  Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with multi-tasking abilities in a fast-paced corporate environment
·  Effective oral communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively with staff inside and outside of the department
·  Proficient in all modern office software including Excel and PowerPoint
·  Proficiency in English mandatory, French is a plus

Interview process

1st Stage – After your application has been selected, our recruitment team will reach out to you within 2 weeks to conduct an introductory call

2nd Stage – Interview with the Marketing Team and our HR department.

3rd Stage - An additional interview with peers may be necessary.
