HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
Our Accountant is the contact point for Brand Retail for all matters related to control over daily operations and communicating retail policy and procedures.
· Closely work with Brand Retail team and SAP IT Specialists, monitor the boutique sales and collections, review closing reports, perform credit card reconciliation and process refunds
· Follow up on stock position and related issues, such as annual staff consignment confirmation process & consignment out for external parties
· Conduct analysis and reconciliation of gift certificates, merchandise credits, and customer deposit accounts
· Coordinate control monitoring over retail and Ecom business processes
· Support process improvement projects in line with the business needs, driving efficiency and compliance
· Participate in annual internal and external audits
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
· Degree holder in Finance with professional accounting qualification in HKICPA/ ACCA or equivalent
· You shall acquire at least 3 years of experience in accounting / internal audit/ finance/ compliance team
· You have strong data analytical skills with robust business sense that able to quickly understand/ assess complex business situations and high-risks areas and made recommendations to resolve
· Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese is essential
· You are proficient in MS Office tools and experience in using SAP accounting module and ERP system
· You would gain advantage if you had exposure of luxury/ retail organization and equipped both external and internal auditing experiences
· You may consider as Senior Accountant if you are with more experience
