Searching for a dynamic professional whose prime function is to support the team in the territory of Latin America and the Caribbean with all Sales Operations and Marketing activities
POSITION IS BASED IN MIAMI WITH THE ROGER DUBUIS LAC TEAM
Key responsibility 1 - Sales Operations
Update sales report, analysis, forecasts and POS dashboard.
Manage logistic flow of all products: sales order maintenance (creation / modification / cancellation), stock allocation, inventory checking, invoicing, consignment and returns.
Maintain local stock levels: model stock, best sellers
Advise and plan the replenishment of watches with the retailers, ensuring optimal product mix
Manage Booster, stock movement, Sell-Out
Payment collection and statement of Accounts follow-up
Develop and update training material (product, brand, sales techniques)
Manage Accessories line (straps, buckles, etc.)
Monitor repairs, customer service and Concierge
Order new certificates or warranty sets when needed.
Follow-up on Sales Incentive Program
Account Management: maintain privileged contact with clients and provide information upon products, products’ availability, prices, shipping, etc.
Liaise with logistic team on delivery for all sales operation activities and send allocation report to the team
POS account maintenance (creation / modification / cancellation).
Headquarter support: update monthly sales report and provide any other requested information.
Finance: alert on credit limit and overdue. Ask Finance to release orders when needed.
Release credit note on returns. Issue debit / credit memo.
Maintain the intranet system
Product tree & Item References: maintain product tree and categorization up to date in the system, create new references and update existing ones.
Key responsibility 2 - Marketing Activities
Implement global Marketing strategy locally
Assist sales team in the implementation of Marketing tools (leaflet, memento, sheets, etc).
Manage and implement visibility / visual animation to convey proper brand image; coordinate visual animation implementation (briefs, production and installation).
Fully manage local events organization; coordinate & organize the participation in Watches & Wonders and other trade fairs and events.
SIHH:Prepare a file for each client with their annual allocation, previous year results and updated information about the communication strategies for the current fiscal year. Prepare all sales tools necessary for the Salon.
Forecast, control and implement PLV requirements as per guidelines
Responsible for the creation of Press Releases; share press releases with media list and influencers
Improve digital presence on retailers’ websites and social networks
Responsible for the sourcing out of new influencers, celebrities, etc.
Responsible for the creation of bi-monthly Newsletter and daily update of the local Instagram fan page
Manage A&P Budget
Maintain marketing database.
Assist Brand Manager with the creation of internal and external presentations.
Key responsibility 3 - Office Activities
Organize and coordinate business trips for supervisor if requested.
Organize and prepare manager’s expense reports as needed.
Prepare and send FEDEX shipments.
Provide support to sales staff.
Prepare presentations when requested.
Collaborate with sales staff on store openings; PLV, suggested orders, etc.
Prepare legal documents and contracts for sales staff.
Provide administrative assistance to supervisor as needed.
JOB PROFILE
Education:
Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
Required experience:
At least 5 years’ experienceworking in an office environment.
5 years of prior experience in international sales administration and/or operations,preferable in luxury products.
Prior experience in the luxury watches industry preferred.
Technical skills / abilities:
Advanced proficiency level in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Fluency in the English and Spanish language required. French or Portuguese language fluency would be a plus
Personal skills:
Strong knowledge in sales and marketing strategies and techniques, preferable in luxury products.
Good knowledge of the Latin America & Caribbean region
Extremely motivated and willing to learn
Ability to take operational decisions and execute accordingly
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to effectively work independently and as a part of a very small team.
Proactive approach with the ability to multi-task and solve problems independently
Passion and commitment to the watchmaking business.
Excellent presentation skills.
Availability to make international travels and work extended hours
Familiar with international variances in cultural and legal issues as pertaining to sales.
