• Do you have a previous experience in high touch customer service?
• Have you worked successfully in a sales, luxury or hospitality environment?

What do we expect from you?

Your main mission when joining the Maison will be to support the TH boutique sales team through the delivery of qualitative training around customer service, sales and engagement for every client. 

The TH Field Coach is responsible for delivering training programs in Thailand. You will spend time in boutiques to coach boutique staff on our selling ceremony on a regular basis. You will also be responsible for escalating local needs / training opportunities to Training Manager and Country Manager to improve boutique performance. 

Your role as Field Coach will be imperative to ensuring we continue to provide the exceptional experience we have become known for.
