HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT 

 

Mission 

 

Reporting to the Boutique Director, you actively participate in the success of your boutique from an operational standpoint. Your strong experience allows you to manage operational, administrative, and other topics related to the efficient management of the boutique as they arise.  

 

Responsibilities 

 

Flows in and out of the boutique 

 

Stock Administrator Support 

  • Provide comprehensive support to the Stock Administrator, including onboarding, planning recurring activities, and covering duties during their absence. (weekly cycle counts, yearly inventory, price changes, etc.). 

  • Ensure optimal stock management by sharing best practices and identifying opportunities for improvement. 

 

Customer Service Flows Handling 

  • Oversee and ensure the quality and efficient management of customer service repair flows, including registration, technician coordination, daily status updates, and minimizing the volume of repairs waiting to be collected by clients. 

  • Act as a central communication point, relaying information between clients, service experts, and internal teams to ensure regular updates and seamless client experience. 

  • Drive the adoption of new CS projects and tools, act as an ambassador for CS commercial activities, and share knowledge within the team to enhance overall service delivery. 

 

Non-sellables and ad-hoc flows 

  • Secure receipt, Store properly, and manage proactively the stock for non-sellable items to ensure smooth boutique operations and client experience, while also promoting cost efficiency. 

  • Handle ad-hoc shipments, which include various operational items not related to creations or repairs, with extreme care due to their significant impact on the overall running of the boutique. 

 

 

Boutique Operation-related Tasks Coordination 

 

Support Management on daily Procedures and Compliance 

 

  • Manage boutique opening and closing autonomously, perform end-of-day administrative tasks (discounts, returns, refunds, cash) using Mendix/Great, and ensure accurate counting operations with App2Us. 

  • Act as a compliance reference for the team (BOM community member) and develop high-level operational expertise to support Sales Associates and the Stock Administrator. 

 

Support Management on other key projects and topics of the boutique 

  • Manage yearly audit and inventory preparations and follow-ups. 

  • Provide comprehensive operational support, including assisting management with business travel, expense reconciliation, new team member onboarding, boutique maintenance, and IT issue escalation. 

  • Promote a Continuous Improvement mindset by identifying pain points and brainstorming solutions and undertake additional operational topics or projects as they arise.
