Sales Associate - Chinese speaker

Jaeger-LeCoultre Italy is looking for a passionate Sales Associate with an excellent command of Chienese (Mandarin), for our boutique in Milan Montenapoleone to join a team made of true ambassadors of the Maison. 

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT? 

• Support the development and implementation of customer contact plans to communicate product launches and engage potential customers in relevant sales campaigns. 

• Act as the first point of contact for standard customer queries and complaints, resolving routine issues and escalating complex ones to senior colleagues, ensuring a timely and appropriate response. 

• Assist in the preparation of materials and presentations for client meetings, helping to assess client interest and provide additional information. 

• Support lead generation activities, assisting with research, gathering referrals and recommendations, and participating in events or trade shows under supervision. 

• Learn to understand and articulate the features and benefits of products or services offered, assisting clients in understanding the most suitable solutions for their needs. 

• Accurately record customer interactions and follow-up actions in the CRM system, contributing to maintaining high-quality data for relationship management and business development. 

• Contribute to internal communications and collaborate effectively with colleagues to build strong external customer relationships. 

• Develop a solid understanding of the organization's policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct, ensuring compliance in all activities and seeking guidance for any exceptions. 

• Actively participate in personal development activities, training, and coaching to enhance skills and stay updated on industry best practices. 

• follow up, control inventory quality and efficiently replying to all customer queries. 

HOW YOU WILL EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US: 

• Command of Chinese (Mandarin), both written and spoken, at a fluent level.  

• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken. 

• Previous experience gained in retail luxury company in Milan boutique 

• Strong understanding of the luxury watch sector 

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational and time management skills. 

• Proactive, curious, and a strong desire to learn and grow professionally. 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer service orientation. 

• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environment
