What are we expecting from you?
Reporting to the CRC Team Leader, you will act as a brand ambassador of the Maison, delivering an exceptional and personalized client experience across all CRC touchpoints. In this function, you will:
• Deliver outstanding service with discretion, professionalism, and care
• Act as a trusted advisor, inspiring clients through product knowledge and storytelling
• Handle client enquiries, orders, returns, and after-sales requests
• Drive sales through meaningful conversations and proactive client follow-up
• Build long-term client relationships through clienteling initiatives
• Ensure seamless omnichannel support between CRC, online, and boutiques
