Within Baume & Mercier teams, we are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Marketing & Communications intern to join our dynamic team for 6 months.
A unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced luxury environment, contributing to the full marketing funnel. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, entrepreneurial and possess excellent communication skills.

Campaigns & Content

  • Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of various marketing campaigns across digital and traditional media channels.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and internal stakeholders as needed for campaign deliverables.
  • Contribute to the development of engaging content across platforms
  • Support the organization and maintenance of content libraries and digital assets.

Social Media :

  • Help manage and schedule posts for our social media channels, ensuring brand consistency, engagement and timely delivery of posts.
  • Manage community engagement, including re-posting relevant content and liaising directly with key creators.
  • Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience feedback.

Influencer Relations & Events:

  • Support influencer management activities, including managing personal contact, coordinating gifting, and assisting with content execution.
  • Provide hands-on support in the execution of events

Market Research & Analysis:

  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitor strategies, and best practices
  • Assist in analyzing campaign & media performance data and advocacy efforts, compiling comprehensive reports with insights for optimization.

Marketing & Communication team support:

  • Provide administrative support to the Marketing & Communications team
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as required

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages (e.g. Italian, French, Arabic) is a plus.
  • Passion for social media platforms (Instagram, Tiktok, LinkedIn etc.), digital media and e-commerce.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Interest and affinity with Luxury industry.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proactive, curious, and eager to learn.
  • A strong sense of responsibility and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
