Are you a good match?
You have solid experience in luxury retail, clienteling, or client relations leadership, with a strong client-centric mindset. You are a confident leader, structured, proactive, and comfortable working in a regional and multicultural environment. With strong communication, coaching, and analytical skills, you are able to lead teams, drive performance, and deliver an exceptional and consistent client experience aligned with Maison standards.

What are we expecting from you?
Reporting to the Head of E-Business, you will lead and develop a team of Brand Ambassadors to drive sales performance, client satisfaction, and operational excellence across the Client Relations Center. In this function, you will:

                  •                Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing CRC team

                  •                Drive proactive clienteling and CRM strategies to strengthen client relationships

                  •                Monitor performance KPIs and implement improvement actions

                  •                Act as the first escalation point for complex or high-profile client cases

                  •                Ensure service excellence and consistency across all communication channels

                  •                Partner closely with boutiques and cross-functional teams
