The Stock Coordinator intern will work within the Marketing Department for Cartier Switzerland.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
MARKET INVENTORY AND OPERATIONAL COORDINATION
- Support all necessary stock transfers for animations
- Generate Purchase Orders for manual replenishment for Internal Boutiques
- Support boutique in managing stock quality (2nd choice, out-of-range follow-up, annual inventory) and ensure diligent follow-up with Richemont for any lost or stolen items during transfers
- Support boutique seasonal opening & new openings on the Swiss market
MANAGE NON-COMMERCIAL PRODUCT FLOWS
- Support the management of prototypes and press samples, including ordering, coordinating returns to the central operations (COP), and overseeing travelling collections
- Process consignment orders for office staff, PR, and other internal stakeholders, ensuring strict adherence to compliance policies
- Execute free-of-charge/gratuities orders in accordance with established compliance policies
- Source required stock for these flows from Cartier Operations/regional planning team
SUPPLY CHAIN & TOOLS EXPERTISE
- Follow local Supply Chain KPIs (e.g., coverage, rotation) to inform and support discussions with the regional operations team
PROFILE
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business administration, or related field
- Previous experience in merchandising/supply chain, store planning, buying
- Previous experiences working with SAP / Booster, PowerBi, Excel
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are needed
- An entrepreneurial mindset that includes curiosity to improve business acumen is required
- Strong organizational skills with excellent time management and decision-making skills
- Business fluency in English, French is a plus
