MISSION
Aligned with the Maison’s strategic vision and reporting to the Commercial Director, the Sales Support acts as a key link between strategic direction and operational execution. This role supports the Commercial Director in developing and implementing commercial plans, driving client engagement, and ensuring a high standard of commercial operations.
The Sales Executive also serves as a liaison with the Back Office team to ensure seamless execution and follow-up on commercial activities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
COMMERCIAL MANAGEMENT & CLIENT SUPPORT
• Execute commercial action plans defined by the Commercial Director, ensuring effective implementation across accounts and POS.
• Support the management of key accounts and nurture client relationships.
• Attend commercial meetings with clients, prepare agendas, and follow up with detailed reports and action plans.
• Assist in preparing sales budgets and forecasts.
• Maintain and update the client database in collaboration with the Back Office team.
PERFORMANCE MONITORING & ANALYSIS
• Create and maintain regular performance reports on sales, product rotation, and client activity.
• Analyze commercial KPIs and propose micro-actions to improve sell-out and overall performance.
• Support evaluation of marketing and commercial campaigns from a sales performance perspective.
PRODUCT & STOCK MANAGEMENT
• Collaborate with the Commercial Director on stock management strategies and coordination with the Back Office.
• Suggest stock reallocation and assortment optimization based on POS needs and performance.
• Contribute to product selection for clients and channels, based on data-driven insights.
VISIBILITY & TRAINING
• Support on proper implementation of visual merchandising guidelines at all POS and suggest visibility improvements.
• Support the organization and execution of product training sessions for clients and retail partners.
• Regularly visit POS to monitor visibility, client experience, and commercial opportunities.
OPERATIONAL SUPPORT
• Monitor follow-up and implementation of client-specific action plans.
• Support the planning and coordination of commercial events or product presentations.
• Ensure digital tools and CRM systems are correctly used across the external network and provide necessary support or training.
REQUIREMENTS
• University degree (Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or similar).
• 2–4 years of experience in commercial or sales support roles, ideally in luxury, retail, or FMCG sectors.
• Commercial mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of SAP or BI is a plus.
• Languages: Fluent in Spanish and English; French is a plus.
