HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

 

 

Responsible for monthly/yearly financial closing for the related AR accounts in accordance with accounting principles so that financial statements are accurately recorded

 

Role of Wholesales Channel

·  Staff sales management (SFCC/HRSM/F&F) - Payment confirmation, ODN block release, Managing staff AR balance
·  Staff customer maintenance(block and unblock)
·  Issuance of recharge invoice related to intercompany expenses (Sales guarantee recharge etc.)

 

Role of E-Commerce Channel

·  Daily/Monthly sales reconciliation and commission with E-retailers platform
·  Reconciliation of cash-in at bank account and journalizing AR collection
·  Sales deduction journal entry (E-retailers point reward)

 

Role of Stock controller

·  In-transit stock check/follow-up to confirm own stocks’ existence
·  Stock counting planning & reporting for TC(technical center) /DC(distribution center)
·  Stock adjustment review and execution for TC/DC (FISM/EWM)
·  Resolution for system error in EWM with DC

 

 

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

 

·  At least 3 years’ working experience in accounting, finance or related areas
·  Required over 1years’ AR or Inventory relevant working experience
·  Preferred knowledge and experience with SAP
·  High proficient in MS-Office, more importantly in Excel
·  Team player with a positive attitude and strong collaboration skills
·  Ability to communicate in English is a plus
