Talent Acquisition Coordinator Europe

 

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator, Europe is a key partner in supporting our efforts to enhance the recruitment and employer branding activities across Europe. You will be coordinating TA projects across all markets in the region, while supporting the local markets with engaging top talent for complex roles while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

 

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?  

Talent Acquisition

·  Support the end-to-end talent acquisition activities such as scheduling interviews,

managing assessment days, (pre)screening candidates and providing assistance to

candidates/ applicants/ hiring managers, and acting as a true partner to the business, in alignment with the TA Manager Europe.

·  Source candidates from career and recruitment websites, job boards and other

(social) media platforms.

·  Identify new opportunities for university partnerships / participation in career fairs

across Europe.

·  Participating on ad-hoc HR and recruitment projects

TA Projects

·  Promote the efficient and thorough~ use of our TA tools (Peoplefirst, ICIMS, Pl, TSM,

Linkedln) in order to optimize operational excellence

·  Support our European and Group efforts in data accuracy & efficiency and KPI

alignment across the region by keeping our system data 100% clean, robust, consistent and

accurate

·  Support the TA Manager Europe with drafting training material (ppt presentations,

conducting research, proofreading etc) aiming to upskilling our TA & HR community and our hiring managers on recruitment best practices, recruitment bias and TA tools.

·  Actively participate to the European and Group Talent Acquisition community, keeping track of progress of our regional TA projects, and supporting our global TA strategy.
·  Support with coaching and training our new TA team members (especially interns) through 1: 1 sessions, learning initiatives and projects

 

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?  

·  Minimum 2 years of experience in an in-house or consultancy recruitment role: end-to-end
·  recruitment process experience, working with internal stakeholders.
·  Strong organizational skills, prioritization skills, the ability to manage operational processes

and make decisions, while maintaining extreme attention to detail

·  Passion for recruitment, staying up-to-date on innovation, tools, trends and best practices

in the field.

·  Project management experience with the ability to organize, plan and prioritize tasks

proactively  

·  Confident and thrives in a fast-paced, rapidly-changing environment
·  Fluency in English – French, German, Spanish and Italian a plus
·  A passion for the luxury industry and HR topics
