CONTEXT
The Richemont Group is accelerating its transformation and is willing to enhance its end-customer experience through following actions:

·  Provide simpler and faster accessibility to our product offers and availability through improved digitalization
·  Ensure reliable delivery time and conditions to end-customer
·  Best answer to finance efficiency, compliance and regulation, C.S.R goals in a tax a legal complex environment

In this context, Richemont Group Supply Chain and Group Logistic functions are managing their own transformation through the implementation of unified end-to-end business processes and IT platform to support them, as well as improvements of process and IT solutions through flexibility and agility in stock source determination and direct to customer flows.

This 6-month internship will start on March 1st, 2025 .

 

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT? 
You will work within the Group Supply Chain Execution team to enrich the new Supply Chain Knowledge platform for Watch and Jewelry (W&J) Maisons, interacting directly with them to build the right approach for publishing and enhancing Group Operating Model knowledge and ensuring W&J business continuity through it.

You will be involved in various ongoing projects to be able to capitalize on documentation and allow the W&J knowledge to spread through the various Group Supply Chain actors in a more structured way and better user accessibility.

You will also deliver the documentation within the appropriate tools, validate each key processes with Maisons and experts, and support the final publication on the platform, looking for a “User buy-in” of this reshuffled and completed documentation platform.

 

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
You will bring:

·  Your desire to explore the Supply Chain end-to-end business models, procedures, and best practices of our Watch & Jewelry Maisons
·  Your appetence for detailed process mapping and for tools associated
·  Your soft skills to interact with the Supply Chain departments of our W&J Maisons, IT department, and Richemont Group technical experts
