WE RECRUIT A

Sales Advisor (m/w/d) Watches

based in our first Boutique in Munich - 2 years contract

 

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

 

·  Qualified consultation of our exclusive clientele and sale of the entire collection of our house
·  Active acquisition of new customers and care of the existing clientele
·  Assumption of various administrative tasks (e.g. maintenance of our customer database and participation in inventories, etc.)
·  Support in the area of visual merchandising
·  Use of all modern sales channels

 

WHAT ABOUT YOU?

 

·  At least 2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or completed training as a watchmaker
·  Strong pursuit of perfection with a passion for creativity, mechanical watches and the Maison
·  Very good communication skills, empathy and agile mindset, team player
·  Ability to build lasting relationships with people through strong communication
·  Provide excellent customer service, including in person, by phone and through electronic communication
·  Business fluent in German and English, another language on top is an advantage
