Serapian - Social Media and Omnichannel Specialist

Job description

How will you make an impact?

·  Social Media Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.), create engaging content, manage agency relationships, and monitor performance using analytical tools.
·  Influencer & Community Management: Build and maintain relationships with influencers, celebrities, and brand community members to increase brand visibility and secure product placements.
·  Omnichannel Customer Engagement: Define brand voice across all communication channels, manage website and newsletter content, train customer care teams, and support client engagement activities.
·  Content Creation & Collaboration: Collaborate with internal and external partners on content creation, from initial briefing to final delivery, and support asset production.
·  Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor social media performance, prepare weekly/monthly reports, and suggest recommendations to optimize social media strategy and content.

 

How will you experience success with us?

·  Previous experience in social media management, digital marketing (ideally within luxury goods), omnichannel customer engagement, stakeholder collaboration, and using social media analytics tools.
·  Proficiency in social media marketing across various platforms, digital marketing principles, content creation (visual and written), data analysis, project management, CRM, and agency management.
·  Excellent communication and collaboration skills, creativity, problem-solving abilities, strong time management, adaptability, and strategic thinking.
·  Strong passion and good understanding of the luxury goods market, its consumers, brand management, and client relationship management within a luxury context.
·  A demonstrable focus on achieving KPIs and a measurable impact on social media performance, combined with a proactive and independent work style.
·  Fluent in Italian and English
