Role Insight

You will play a key role within the team, maintaining a high level of accuracy at all times.

Working as part of a small team, you will demonstrate excellent time management skills, as you will be required to manage and prioritise your own workload, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

You will demonstrate excellent communication skills and work cohesively as part of a team, showing good agility in assisting with other responsibilities when required. You will also communicate with external partners, so strong interpersonal skills are required.

Main Tasks:

·  Booking in/out watch repairs using our in-house system that require external repairer.
·  Entering invoice details into our system for repairs being returned.
·  Assisting in following up status of repairs that are external, with detailed and accurate notes and return dates.
·  Processing estimates and gathering further information from external repairers when necessary.
·  Transfer and organization of repairs according to the established workflow.
·  Manage claims, detect irregular situations and possible anomalies in any of the stages of a repair.
·  B2B contacts internal and external, suppliers, external workshops, manufactures…
·  Responding to all answering all enquiries that come through via the in-house dashboard that are requesting.
·  Manage flow backs / PAP / returns
·  Process and allocating parts to repairs
·  Place orders for spare parts and straps from different suppliers.
·  Organising and tidying away stock into the correct locations.
·  Updating and logging and stock changes via our internal informatic system, TS.
·  Perform return orders and register ( used movements, used spare parts precious and no precious metal, un-used spare parts….)
